The professions refer to the different types of candidates within your organisation that will be using CliniShift for example Nurse, Doctor, Catering. For this particular setting you can also customise the shift times used for each individual profession, which can be modified using the Edit button. Please see below example

By selecting ‘Add Profession type’ you will be able to create a new profession, you will need to establish at least one shift option to be able to proceed, by selecting the option ‘Add Occupation’ and create a new Profession.

To edit/create shifts select the ‘+Add’ button. You will be able to determine the name for that shift, start and finishing times, and it is also possible to change the colours for each shift for a highly customised display. Otherwise, the software will allocate a different colour to different shift options. The image below illustrates the edition of Nurses shifts.
