The CliniShift Manager web portal is fully integrated with the CliniShift smartphone app, facilitating real time communication between Managers and staff. Managers can create, edit and publish schedules to staff members smartphones, fill open shifts, send Broadcast messages, respond to time off requests and generate reports for payroll. Managers will have full visibility of who is available for shift call offs on a day to day basis.
Managers can easily create, edit and share unpublished rosters with other managers in their team, replacing excel and other paper based schedules. Once published, staff can view their full roster from their smartphones helping them to better plan their work schedule and share their availability to work additional shifts. This enables effective forward planning, creates transparency around vacancies so managers can send targeted shift requests to available staff, reducing the number of missed shifts.
CliniShift also enables Managers to send messages to the entire organization or to a group of staff, depending on the information being communicated. They can include PDF documents which can be tracked to ensure staff have received, read and acknowledged the document.
This approvals process allows Managers to ensure the appropriate staff member is matched with the shift to be filled. Managers can also mark a shift as urgent to increase the chances that the shift gets filled. All shifts are tracked and traced making verified shifts easy to extract for weekly and monthly payroll and reports
This allows managers to define the particular skills required to work a specific shift. Our credentialing tool also notifies Managers and staff when a particular document is due to expire, providing warnings to staff on the app and omitting a candidate who’s records or qualifications are not up to date in the candidate selection page.

All approved time-off will automatically sync to the CliniShift schedule avoiding the need to manually add the approved time-off to excel or another software.
Staff can view a log of their booked shifts, broadcast history, request to cancel a shift, and can also request annual leave from their manager.
Staff can share their planned availability with managers up to three months in advance, or mark themselves as busy, avoiding any unnecessary shift requests.
Staff can receive bulletins of information in real-time to their smartphone relating to quick changes in protocols as well as updates or changes to their shift details.
Staff can view their full work schedule, including all rostered hours and any additional overtime together in one place from their smartphones.
