Candidate Groups refer to which groups a staff member is qualified to work in depending on the specific needs within your organization and can be customized. Such as ICU or Oncology trained staff, or any other relevant ‘filters’.

By selecting ‘Add Candidate Group’ at the bottom of your list you can create a new group. The name can be edited by using the ‘edit’ function or if that group is no longer relevant, it can be deleted, using the actions that appear on the list beside each group name.
